So I bought a pair of slip-on kicks from Amazon for $49. Saw this store when Sharon and I are driving around. Sadly I went in to find a second pair. Problem is every single pair of shoes store wide are $90. I ask the guy… “how do you sleep at night”. He says the company direction is to force every customer to buy two pairs. All the inventory is 50% off the second pair.
So… If I want to make a purchase, I would have to spend $145 for two pairs of shoes, one of which I need. I ordered a pair on Amazon from inside the store and showed the guy my cost. He says…. “That’s what I do, even with my employee discount”.
Here’s your sign Skechers. Bud Light, Cracker Barrel, Skechers – companies run by female marketing majors from progressive, liberal universities. Out of touch with every day Americans.
