Judy Walcott, a longtime member of a Planet Fitness in Concord, New Hampshire, had her membership canceled after she reported seeing a man in the women’s locker room on April 11, 2026. Walcott claims that staff members dismissed her concerns, with one employee calling her “transphobic” and another defending the individual she reported.
The gym’s assistant manager later canceled her membership for a “policy violation” without explanation, and Walcott discovered a cancellation form with the comment “Nondiscrimination Trans” that she alleges was submitted without her authorization and forged. When Walcott returned to the gym to dispute the cancellation and seek a refund, she was trespassed by Concord Police after the manager called law enforcement.
Planet Fitness’s website states that members may use locker rooms based on their “self-reported gender identity,” a policy the company cites to justify its actions. Walcott has since contacted the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office and intends to file a consumer complaint, while Planet Fitness corporate headquarters did not respond to requests for comment.
The man who invaded the female locker room at @PlanetFitness has reportedly been identified as Christopher Beaulieu, a REGISTERED CHILD SEX OFFENDER.

In addition to Felonius Sexual Assault where the victim was 13 years old or under, charges over the years include stalking, assault, assault while in jail, theft, criminal mischief, criminal threats, breach of bail, violation of a protective order, trespassing and receiving stolen property.
