
Crack Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken cooked, chopped or shredded
- 1 can (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 2 medium carrots sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles

- 1 tsp dried thyme or oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Step 1: Prep Your Vegetables Finely chop the celery and slice the carrots evenly. Set aside while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Step 2: Combine the Base Ingredients In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the condensed chicken soup , low-sodium chicken stock , and whole milk . Whisk until smooth and well blended. Stir in the chopped celery and sliced carrots . Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Step 3: Add the Chicken Once the soup begins to simmer, add the cooked, shredded, or chopped chicken breast . Stir gently to ensure even distribution. Let the soup cook for 10–15 minutes , allowing the flavors to meld together andthe vegetables to soften.
- Step 4: Cook the Noodles (Optional) If using egg noodles or pasta, stir them into the soup during the last 5–7minutes of cooking. Ensure they’re fully submerged and cooked al dente. Remove the pot from heat once the noodles are tender and the soup has thickened slightly.
- Step 5: Season and ServeTaste the soup and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or herbs as needed. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley for added freshness. Serve hot and enjoy!
